We recommend using video to establish a better visual and emotional connection with your specialist. However, it is not mandatory. If you feel more comfortable, you can turn off the camera and communicate via audio, or use the text format.

The choice depends on your specific needs. Our platform features a questionnaire and filtering system that will automatically match you with psychologists who have relevant expertise (e.g., burnout, anxiety, or relationship issues). The most important factor is choosing someone you feel emotionally comfortable with.

Finding the right psychologist is a normal process, and a perfect match might not happen on the first try. If you feel uncomfortable, you can change your specialist at any time. How to do it:

• Go to your Personal Profile.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
• Click the "Change psychologist" button.

Refund conditions depend on how much time is left before the session starts when you cancel:

• More than 24 hours before the session - 100% refund (excluding bank commission).
• Less than 24 hours - no refund.

Important note: If a booking is made less than 24 hours before the start of the session, you can cancel it within 1 hour of booking for a 100% refund (excluding bank commission).
